Pictures of a still life

After talking of “still life” in art, I asked students to 7th grade, to take a picture of inanimate objects, giving them some quick instructions on how to take the picture:

– Taking pictures of one or more items placed on a plane surface, with one shot from side
– Prepare a background horizontal and vertical of a uniform color with a sheet, a blanket, a pillow, a white wall, an empty table, a towel …
– Arrange objects near a source of natural light
– photograph the objects with light and shadow, possibly without using flash
