Scaglione ‘Passeggiando in Vigne’ Nebbiolo 2019

A lovely Nebbiolo from grapes that are grown in Gabriele’s small vineyard in Castagnito in in clayey-calcareous soil of marine origin from 30-year-old vines. The wine is vinified after a 6-day fermentation, matures in large, not new barrels for 12 months, then in the bottle until it is determined to be ready. An elegant wine with aromas of forest fruits, hints of spice and bits of fall forest woods. It is a dry red wine with light tannin and a delicate finish.
