I recently stayed at Castello Orsini for a weekend getaway and it was truly a unique experience. This 10th century castle provides an authentic historical atmosphere. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious, especially dinner and wine. One evening, I walked down the hill to the small town and enjoyed a beer with the locals while watching kids play soccer. The castle itself was amazing to explore, with beautiful grounds and stunning views from the large balcony area. a worthwhile and memorable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

It is fantastic to stay at an old building like this and the view was fantastic. There is not much going around in the nearby village and no other places to have dinner nearby.
The room was a bit worn down with small windows. It would also have been perfect if there had been some heating on the pool - it was very cold and in the shadow during the afternoon in September. The cost of the dinner at the Castle was quite high compared to what we got.

The Castello Orsini is a stunning medieval castle where you do get the impression of travelling back in time - sleeping here is an experience not to be missed. Facilities are not up to standard however I cannot complain as I took advantage of a fantastic offer due to the fact they changed my reservation. The castle is indeed unique and the hotel staff very courteous.

We had an incredible weekend at a genuine thousand-year-old castle atop a hillside, overlooking beautiful valleys. The history of the castle was everywhere, with the restaurant located in the original kitchen and the views from the sunning area and pool being breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, particularly the delicious homemade salamis. Surprisingly, the WiFi worked flawlessly, a welcome touch in such a historic setting. Our room was charming, with lovely, classic decor and a comfortable bed.
The front-desk staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience at this unique and historic location.

Beautiful Castle, Lovely Views
The castle we stayed in during our city break was amazing. Everywhere you look there is so much history and charm. The views from our room were stunning as well. It was a great experience staying in a castle that has such an old-world feel to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was lacking in certain aspects. They did not have many facilities so we were often left bored when we weren't out exploring.

Beautiful castle, stunning views. Friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Excellent food, slightly pricey. Genuine medieval experience. Tower room with private rooftop terrace. Easy access, secured parking. Helpful staff. Spectacular views. Great breakfast for vegans. Terrace, gardens, and courtyards to explore. Decently priced mini bar. Only downfall was shutting air-con at night, making it warm. an awesome place to stay.

Spent Christmas in a medieval castle with breathtaking views of the countryside. The building is stunning with an array of armour, swords and halberds on display. The rooms are spacious and decorated in traditional style. The breakfast is top-notch with freshly baked bread and pastries. And the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of places to explore, from the lounges to the outdoor areas. The outdoor pool is a perfect spot to enjoy a summer break. With a delicious tuna Niçoise salad to accompany the stunning views, it's definitely the best way to relax and unwind.
The castle seems to be in need of maintenance, with our bathroom needing some attention. The spa and gym are not the best, with old and broken equipment.

Wow! Staying in a medieval castle with stunning hilltop views in all directions was an unforgettable experience. The original kitchen-turned-restaurant was a charming touch. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices, the helpful and friendly staff, and the easy access to hotel facilities.
Nothing all excellent.

We had a wonderful and luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities such as the sauna, swimming pool, and health club were fantastic, as were the fine dining options at the restaurant. The private facilities were also excellent, and the location was simply stunning with beautiful garden areas to explore.
Although our stay was incredible, there was one minor issue with the steam bath not being available during our visit. However, this did not take away from the overall wonderful experience we had at this hotel.

We had the most incredible experience staying at a medieval castle in the heart of beautiful countryside. The atmosphere was enchanting and the views were breathtaking. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The staff members we interacted with during our stay were friendly and attentive. The dinner and wine served at the hotel were absolutely delicious. Despite some small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Castello Orsini and would highly recommend it.
