The 3DO is one of the 90s many failures. So, releasing a Korean exclusive (due to hardware manufacturing in Korea) was an even worse choice.

Battle Blues is a surprisingly low quality tactics game with rough visuals, poor visibility and not much else.

Someone recently took on the effort to translate it, which even comes with a rare balance patch. The original difficulty is kept in as "impossible" mode. That's telling something.
