Conchiglie is a great pasta shape as it holds the sauce inside its shell. Works really well with white sauce or tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Conchiglie 180g
Tinned tomato (chopped) 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Chicken stock cube 1
●Light soy sauce 1 tsp

Grated cheese 3 tbsp
Fresh parsley as you like
Ham 100g
Spinach 3 handfuls

1
This is the conchiglie pasta. Start boiling it in salty water.
2
In a large frying pan, put the olive oil, finely chopped onion, tinned tomato and chicken stock.
3
Add all the ●ingredients and cook for 3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
4
Add the cheese, parsley and roughly chopped ham. Cook for a further 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the spinach. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
5
Make sure the sauce goes inside the conchiglie shells, then serve.

Tips & Note

●When the spinach is cooked, it shrinks, so add plenty.
