SUGAR Ray “The Mammoth” Estroso will get another chance to prove his worth when he takes on top challenger Boss Bullet in the Universal Reality Combat Championship at the XYLO at the Palace in Bonifacio Global City Taguig on Aug. 23.
The slambang event pitting Estroso, the URCC Global heavyweight champion and 3X3 titleholder, and Bullet’a Kuwait-based OFW, is being presented by URCC head Alvin Aguilar.
“Although this is purely an exhibition bout, we can expect a good fight between Estroso and Bullet,” said Aguilar during the media launch at XYLO in BGC recently.
“Long-time URCC fans know Estroso very well. Si Bullet is a vlogger who trains regularly while waiting for the opportunity. Hinamon niya si Sugar. Akala nga namin for the views lang pero talagang pumunta siya dito at nakipag-usap sa akin for the chance to face off with Estroso,” added Aguilar.
“Actually, nagkasuntukan na nga sila sa airport pa lang.”
Aside from the Estroso-Bullet battle, there will also be Team Mammoth vs Team Boss Bullet in 3X3 supporting event.
