Doubt they've been caught out at all. I would assume the reason for the delay was getting the new artwork sorted for the exclusive release and couldn’t get it ready in time for the original date.

I have the Vinegar Syndrome release so I can wait a few more weeks. The only Blu ray/UHD I've double dipped on in 20+ years of collecting.

yeh wish I could say the same I'm a serial multi dipper on most older titles
got the UK SB & Australian collection for this on BD
as well as VS UHD & now 88 UHD
hopefully someone does Pt II at some point UHD

I kept waiting and waiting for Orbitdvd to put the preorder up. Better late than never, I grabbed a couple for myself directly from 88. Hopefully they ship out soon. I decided to roll with the exclusive set. Who can wait for March 18? Inquiring minds gotta know...will complexions be less rosy-red than on the VS release? Stay tuned..

I don't often import movies from overseas because it ends up being too pricy, but seeing how beautiful this slipcover is makes me feel quite a bit better knowing what I spent. I'll be thrilled to receive it when it comes!

Living in the UK means I have to import regularly and I never double-dip, I'm making an exception for this though.

ok had quick look for you at few scenes & 88 seems to be pretty much same as VS for PQ
& skin tones still look bit pink/red at times esp close ups
though it's bit inconsistent like Brolin looks like you said at start but Margot looks bit pale in same shot,
but then she does look a bit pink in some later close up shots like a few of the other characters

still 88 wins overall I'd say for having the extra 2 commentaries & the extra 5.1 remix track
88 have also listed the 2.0 stereo track as mono on the back cover and in menu so that's a bit of a mistake
