Vasi Prokos joined FOX 56 News in March 2023 as a nightside reporter.
Vasi comes from the University of Missouri, also known as Mizzou, with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science. During her time at Mizzou, she worked as a reporter, digital producer, and desk assistant for KOMU 8 News in Columbia, Missouri.
When not working, Vasi enjoys spending time on walks, listening to music, watching sports, and binge-watching a new Netflix show.
While the suburbs of Chicago is what she calls home, Vasi is excited to call Kentucky her new home and learn more about the Bluegrass State and the community.
