Describe the bug
Hey all,

While playing one of the quake 2 mission packs (ground zero), I noticed that some entities don't spawn at all in my game, specifically elevators/power ups. Other entities such as ammo/weapon pickups are fine, as well as enemies.

This makes the first level impossible to complete, as you must take the first elevator up to complete the mission.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Select luxorpedia under compatability
  2. Launch quake 2 ground zeros
  3. Select yamagi quake ii

Expected behaviour
Entities load correctly

No, at least the elevator.

Might be an issue in the packaging itself.ill take a look soon. If that ends up not being the case then it may be worth talking to yquake2 devs but want to check first

Tested with yamagi-quake2 7.43-1 from AUR and the elevator is missing. So definitely a bug with the engine itself and it should be reported on the repo. But it's weird that no one has noticed this issue before.

Looks like there's a different part of the project to build the libraries for the mission packs. So that's something I should be able to fix on my end. I'll update once I have something.

Thanks for the report! If you launch the games again, it should download the new version and you should be good to go.
