The concept blends a relaxed and intimate dining room with a lively, communal vibe in the expansive terrace with a bustling open-air bar and pizza oven.
Wood-Fired Fare
Centered around the red Neapolitan wood-fired pizza oven, our expert culinary team peppers each menu item meticulously with their favorite seasonal ingredients. Rossa has something for everyone. Our contemporary approach to American and Italian cooking reimagines time-honored classics, such as curated pizza, crisp seasonal tossed salads, a selection of sandwiches, and family-style sharing plates.
Delightful Dough
Our dough has been perfected with four simple ingredients… yes only four! The fermented crust is lighter and healthier than your average pizza, leaving you satisfied and light. This labor of love creates a chewy and crunchy texture with charred bubbles as a mark of a well-made pizza. Our pizza is cooked at 650 degrees in our open-air bar, where all can enjoy the show.
The Art of the Apertif
A proper aperitif is meant to stimulate your appetite and prepare your taste buds for your meal ahead. Rossa’s concept is designed to be energetic and colorful. Based around Italian and American aperitifs and spirits, delight yourself with the Scarlet Mule, Limoncello Collins, & Basil Breeze.
