Based on a manga by Akira Toriyama, this OVA was first released to the public at the 1994 “V-Jump Festa” Festival. It later became a special video feature to be requested by V-Jump purchasers.

A demon child named Ackman collects souls for money while being pursued by a self-righteous Angel with devilishly bad luck.
