Postes/Fezzan" double-ring handstamp with date inserted by hand and "R.F. Sebha/Fezzan" circular unframed datestamp; both with Registration receipts affixed to back of the envelope; one cover has two filing folds (slight splitting at top) clear of stamps, Fine to Very Fine, of the greatest rarity, with only 35 sets printed, signed "Giulio Bolaffi 1957" and A. Bolaffi.
