JUNIOR (2020-21)

Started all 12 matches in the midfield while leading the Longhorns with five goals, four assists and 14 total points on 31 shots (19 on frame) ... During the spring portion of the COVID-19 split campaign, Grosso scored goals in three consecutive matches for the first time in her collegiate career by tickling the twine against Texas State (match-winner - March 5, 2021), Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (match-winner - March 26, 2021) and at Baylor (April 1, 2021) ... Put together a three-point effort during the 7-0 rout of Kansas State (Oct. 9) by scoring in the 59th-minute before dishing an assist on Lauryn Oliver’s score ... Got on the scoresheet for the first time in 2020 at West Virginia (Oct. 2) by receiving a through ball from Haley Berg and beating the keeper from nine yards out to cut the Mountaineers lead to 2-1.

SOPHOMORE (2019)

Scored eight goals and dished eight assists for 24 points, while starting  & playing in 17 matches and totaling 1,460 total minutes ... Registered 36 shots with 15 of those on frame ... Scored a goal 53% of the time she fired a shot on goal in 2019 ... Managed a career-high five points (two goals, assist) during wins over both Grambling (Sept. 22) and Gonzaga (Aug., 22) ... Missed Texas’ matches against TCU and West Virginia because of international duty ... Was credited with an assist on Cydney Billups’ goal in the NCAA First Round contest at No. 22 Texas A&M (Nov. 15) ... Dished a career-high two assists during the 3-2 (2OT) victory at Oklahoma (Oct. 31) ... Assisted on Cameron Brooks’ match-winner to down Baylor (Oct. 18) on the road, 2-1 ... Picked up her first career match-winning goal by scoring at the 86:02 mark of the 1-0 win at Kansas State (Sept. 29) ... Tickled the twine at 72:29 to pull Texas within a goal in an eventual 2-1 loss at Colorado (Sept. 1) ... Assisted on Cyera Hintzen’s 81st-minute winner to beat Gonzaga (Aug. 22) during the season-opener, 4-3.

FRESHMAN (2018)

Earned Texas’ third-straight Big 12 Freshman of the Year nod in sharing the award with TCU’s Messiah Bright ... Grosso also was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team and the Big 12 All-Freshman Team ... Was forced to miss Texas’ matches against Long Beach State (Aug. 30) and Stephen F. Austin (Sept. 2) after being called up by the Canadian Senior Women’s National Team for a Sept. 2 friendly against Brazil in Ottawa, Ontario ... Grosso also missed the first six Big 12 matches of the season because of international duty with Team Canada at the CONCACAF Women’s Championship ... Played in 13 matches with 11 starts while earning 931 total minutes of time ... Scored her first two career goals over a stretch of just 6:04 in the second half in the 4-0 rout of Kansas State (Oct. 21) ... Returned from international duty to earn her first 82 league minutes in the 2-0 victory over Kansas (Oct. 19) ... Managed two shots (one on goal) over 49 minutes in the 4-0 rout of Houston Baptist (Sept. 9) and in 75 minutes of the 2-1 victory over UTRGV (Sept. 14) ... Forced saves on single shots during the 1-1 (2OT) tie at No. 4 North Carolina (Aug. 22) and the 2-1 (OT) win over No. 23 UCF (Aug. 24) ... Started the first possible match of her career and was credited with her initial career shot and shot on goal over 62 minutes during the season-opening, 3-0 win at Rice (Aug. 17).

CLUB/INTERNATIONAL

Grosso came to the Forty Acres with a decorated international resume having spent significant time in numerous levels of the Canadian Women’s National Team system ... Secured gold for Team Canada in the sixth round of the decisive penalty shootout at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics by calmly drilling her penalty off the arm of diving goalkeeper Hedvig Lindahl and into the roof of the net to complete a thrilling, 1-1 (3-2 on PK’s) triumph over Sweden ... During Canada’s historic run in Tokyo, Grosso earned five caps against Great Britain, Chile, Brazil, the United States and Sweden (now has 29 total caps) ... During the summer of 2019, Grosso earned a roster spot with the Canadian Women’s Senior National Team that traveled to the FIFA Women’s World Cup France and played in CONCACAF Women’s Olympic Qualifying (January/February 2020)  … She earned her first cap for the Canadian Senior Women’s National Team by appearing in a friendly against the United States in San Jose, Calif. (Nov. 12, 2017) … She also earned three caps with the senior-level squad at the Algarve Cup in Portugal from Feb. 27-March 8, 2018, appeared in an international friendly against France on April 9, 2018, and received a call-up for a friendly against Germany on June 10, 2018 … A fixture with the Canada Under-20 Women’s National Team, Grosso earned five caps (playing all 450 possible minutes) for the team during its run to the third-place match at the 2018 CONCACAF Under-20 Women’s Championship in Trinidad & Tobago … In a match during the group stage against the host country T&T, she registered a pair of assists as Team Canada prevailed 4-1 … She also traveled to Jordan in 2016 and earned three caps for the Canada Under-17 team at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup (was chosen as Canada’s best player by FIFA TSG Report) and was named to the Best Starting XI while helping Canada U-17’s to a bronze medal at the 2016 CONCACAF Under-17 Championship in Grenada … She also helped lead the Canada U-15’s to the gold medal at the inaugural 2014 CONCACAF Under-15 Championship in the Cayman Islands … In addition to numerous training camps at the U-14-16, 17 and 20 levels, Grosso also played for Canada at the Australia Invitational (U-20, 2017), events in both China (U-17, 2016) and Mexico (U-20, 2016) and at the 2015 U-17 NTC Invitational in Carson, Calif. … With her club team, the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Girls Elite, Grosso was a finalist for both U-20 (2017) and U-17 (2016) Canadian Player of the Year awards, was named the British Columbia Player of the Year and was selected as an all-star for the 2017 Canada Games.
