Vijay's 'Master' bags three awards at the Osaka International Film Festival

Vijay has been honored with the Best Actor award at the Osaka International Film Festival, an esteemed event that recognizes the finest Tamil films and artists in Japan annually. The awards for the year 2021 have been announced, with Vijay receiving recognition for his exceptional portrayal in the movie 'Master.' Another notable achievement was Vijay Sethupathi, who brilliantly played the villainous role in the same film and earned the Best Villain award.Dinesh's remarkable choreography for the song 'Vaathi Coming' in 'Master' also garnered him the prestigious Best Choreography award. Furthermore, Kangana Ranaut's outstanding performance in 'Thalaivi' earned her the Best Actress accolade, while Pa Ranjith's boxing drama 'Sarpatta Paramparai' was honored as the Best Film at the festival.
Pa Ranjith won the Best Director award for 'Sarpatta Paramparai', and Yuvan Shankar Raja won Best Music Director for his impressive composition for 'Maanaadu'. 'Jai Bhim' actor Manikanadan bagged the Best Supporting Actor award, while the Best Screenplay award has been awarded to director Venkat Prabhu for the time loop drama 'Maanaadu'.
