I bought this series, back in 1997 and it worked/ran perfectly and was wonderful. Today, 2021, the disc will no longer run/work on my iMAC and they will not work/run on whatever computer you have. It has not worked/run since at least 2014; I know because I have tried many times since then. Do not waste your money. That this is still being sold here on Amazon is fraud. This also does not speak well about National Geographic, that it would allow what was an expensive product to become obsolete by not working on newer computers or even old ones for that matter. My IMac is a 2007 model, and I ran the program and discs many times back in the day. So, I'm out to the trash can with the set; what a shame, beautiful box, beautiful presented and now junk.

Better to check for compatibility before ordering. It's lying for cannot use and give to others. Returning the product you need to answer series of quizzes, so stopped doing it. Other versions are available.
