When I booted up the PS5 and tried to make a user, it gave me a WS-116331-5 error code, which means the MAC address of the console has been banned. You cannot even log into your PSN account and Playstation Support said there's nothing I could do because the PS5 itself was reported missing or stolen. I got a refund, thank god, but just buy direct from Playstation, don't bother with these 3rd party sellers.
