When I ordered the item, the listing clearly said free overnight shipping, but once I ordered it, it changed to 2-day shipping. I know this is on Amazon, so I am giving this a pass. The item arrived and it was very well packaged, bubble-wrapped in a small box, and placed in a larger box with paper stuffing. It is in very good shape, almost like new in quality and all functions work as advertised including the UMD drive which I tested with several games. I did have to change the language to English, not a big deal, but be prepared to do that with a PSP 3000 International Version. It also worked well with 3 different PSP memory cards, so all good there. The problem was that the listing said it shipped with 2 batteries. Well, the joke is on me as it shipped with no batteries and I could only test it while plugged in. I trust the seller can rectify this and I will change the rating. It does seem an odd oversight to forget a battery for a mobile device, but C'est la vie.

We purchased the product for our son for Christmas. When we received the product it was flimsy and dirty. Our son tried to start the product but it would not come on. We immediately sent the product back to the seller. We assumed, incorrectly, that both the seller and Amazon would stand by the product. We were within the return period and purchased a warranty as well. Once we returned the product the warranty was voided as well. The seller accused us of trying to modify the item, which was an absolute lie. We were refunded shipping costs and nothing else. I would encourage everyone to not purchase items from this seller. There are other ratings that support my experience. In addition, we reached out to Amazon about this experience at least three times. Although the notes regarding or exchange with both the seller and Amazon was available no one seemed to be able to understand that the seller sold a defective product. Honor what you sell in your site.

 I am very happy with this product! It came in on-time, and works very well! The Playstation Portable (PSP) came with a charger, and two battery packs. I bought a game on the side, along with a 128GB memory stick, and all of the buttons work. The only thing is with modern Wi-Fi security and newer encryption software, it's harder for the PSP, being an older model, to connect to the internet. I am very happy and satisfied with my product.

It said renewed,
said the item was in good condition,
(like new)
I received the item.
it was dirty & had dirt all over the back.
and the game slot would not stay closed.
Mind you I played $250 for this item and this product.
If I'm paying that much the item should be in pristine condition with no errors because honestly anything less is not worth it.
Considering when they came out they weren't even that much brand New.
I Only paid that crazy asking price because I thought I was getting a good product.
The product was not good.
And it would not connect to internet I tried several times to connect it to internet it would not connect.
Even went as far as to connect my internet provider to change settings so I could make special adjustments.
It still would not work.
So I couldn't even get the basic update.
Product shell itself was not too heavily damaged little to minimal scratches but the inside underneath the buttons and around those little spaces you can tell there was lots of caked up dirt.
Every time I put a game in it,
it rattled heavily like it was only a matter of time before it stopped working.

I can't speak for this sellers other merchandise that he may or may not sell,
but as far as his PSPs & or PlayStation portables,
they are crap do not buy one.
Save your money and go on ebay like I should've.
