It took a bit to get this all done but its a nice shell. I didn't have any problems with screw holes lining up, but I the UMD door appears a bit warped in such a way that you can't fully close the door with a UMD in it. this means that the right side (as you look down on the door slot) clicks into place and is flush with the rest of the shell. however, the left side is popped out and does not click into place. I am not too concerned with this as I have a case that goes around this and it holds the door in place for me. I can't tell if the umd door is warped or if it just doesn't sit properly with the rest of the case. having said all that, I am fairly happy with the shell.

The psp shell is poorly made shell has many problems. The power switch doesn't work and the umd drive slot is too small, so when a umd disk is placed in it, the drive slot doesn't close. Certain key pieces like the umd drive clip to keep it close are needed from your old psp.
