This stuff is a lot thicker than you might expect, but it's so packed with flavor that I wouldn't want it any different. Add it to a little bbq sauce and some brandy with a tiny bit of white vinegar to make a marinade for steaks that's so crazy-good it will make you want to eat the bones and the grill as well.
Many times worth the cost, as it has flavored many meals which I've made.

The salad would have been good enough with plain balsamic - but this vinegar is fabulous!! I have used it to make delicious vinaigrettes, drizzled over burrata cheese and as a dipping sauce. This is a small bottle with a big price, but it will be a staple in my kitchen at any price.

I ordered this replacement, and will continue to do so from time to time. At $30/bottle it is pretty expensive, but well worth the occasional treat.
