BIOGRAPHY
Andrea Antonio Ricchiuti, aka "TIKI," was born in Milan on January 4, 1995.At the age of 15 he began to make his first artistic drawings, on sheets and cards, without following rules or technicalities of art, but for simple recreational venting.About a year after his first sketches, he developed his techniques by becoming self-taught in all that comprises and is represented in ethnic art. It was then that his parents, noting the peculiarity and spontaneity of his free-stroke drawing, advised him to bring his graphics back to canvas."Tiki" made his first two works in acrylic on canvas in 2012, titling them "Opposites."
To date, after a few years of downtime, he has resumed his inspiration so that he can continue to show his vision of the world.
FROM THE ARTIST
I describe my art as "modern symbolic graphics," as well as a springboard to the imagination. Moreover, I think it is simple, versatile and at the same time shareable by multiple subjects, as what I represent is based on an infinity of symbolic combinations, thus stimulating any interlocutor to find their own visual imagination in the work.Another of my peculiarities that characterize me is my signature concealed within each work, here which might be one more reason to study and observe more carefully each of my works, which I hope excites you as much as I do.
