The origin of this place is the natural organic evolution of restoring history. It is the vision of Roberta and Carlo and in this unique project you can feel the passion and love for the area and its pristine nature. Borgo del Tempo Ritrovato has been a labour of love, a realized dream that has created this haven where people can escape from daily stress and experience the unique wonders of the Valle d’Itria, in Puglia.

The five villas are situated in a lush natural area of approximately 80,000 square meters. The landscape is home to olive trees, vineyards, ponds and array of Mediterranean shrubs typical of the Valle d’Itria. All villas can be shared by couples, families or friends and can host 2, 4, 6 or 8 persons respectively. All have an exclusive heated pool, private fully equipped garden, barbeque area and inside and outside wi-fi. In this gorgeous, tranquil atmosphere you will be able to experience a piece of history and delight in the rhythms and atmosphere that were once enjoyed. The suites in the Trulli are designed to indulge relaxation, rest, and well-being. The Trulli are carefully designed to keep the original architectural elements of the history they represent, and all the furnishings tastefully combine tradition and modern comforts. You will enjoy the attention to detail as well as the careful planning that allows you to experience the dedicated and exclusive services in the unique location where the theme is all about history, nature and relaxation. This exclusive location offers you an authentic and timeless experience that will fill the senses of the young and old with joy. The property’s farm heightens the magic of Borgo experience as you can have close contact with its goats, donkeys, rabbits, ducks and chickens. You will be charmed by the stunning Arabian horses that run freely and happily in the riding ring. Children will be thrilled with pony rides or gathering fruits in the vineyard. You can gather seasonals vegetables and freshly laid eggs from the bio-dynamic garden. How about a unique culinary experience? The Borgo offers many amazing activities, and we think that “Chef in Trullo” and ““Colazione o Aperitivo nel prato” are a must try. There is certainly no shortage of activities: playing soccer on real grass, bicycling excursions in and around the area on the many winding paths, as well as jogging amongst the olive trees.
