Trying to live as close as possible in and with the beauty of nature while having high standarts of comfort. Waking up with birds noice and fresh air, looking out into a wild garden with fruit trees and vegetables, while not missing out on safety and comfort of a good night sleep, a western toilett as well as a well equiped kitchen. Grind up some fresh coffee beans and brew a good cup of coffee at your own kitchen-bar. Do some yoga on the balcony or read a book in one of various different hammocks. A good selection of sports and games helps you to get active if you like. Start up a bonfire and get the Barbeque going, put some music on and finish the day with your own cocktail creation. Just relax and get inspired.

I build this place original for my self. I love this country and love living with in nature. There was never a final plan of this place, and there probably never will be one. I just love creating and building and always try to extend and improve my little paradise with new attachments and additions. The idea of building a little hut turned into a 5 year bulding project and basicly my favourite hobby as well as my biggest life achievment so far. For some times during the year while I am not in Laos I decided to rent out my house instead of just leaving it to it self. And I am glad to be able to share my home and lifeexperience.

Besides fun activities like waterfalls and kayaking you can see river doplhins, go on fishing trips or just discover the islands on a bicycle. Its a place to relax and chill, kind of a little bubble hidden in the Mekong. Especially in rainyseason you can see and feel the real traditional local life, a magical experience of deep bright green ricefields and giant buffaloes walking around. Its a perfect place to take a deep breath and relax.
