LOS ANGELES — Joe Jackson, the late Michael Jackson’s father, is in a hospital with terminal cancer, it was reported Friday.
Family sources tell the celebrity news website TMZ.com that the 89-year-old Jackson has been battling the illness for some time, and it is now in its last stages. His wife, Katherine, has been at his bedside recently, as have some of his children and grandchildren.
Joe Jackson has battled a variety of illnesses in recent years.
