The product was in excellent playing condition for pre-owned , but I thought the packaging was poor with the case having no protective bubble wrap on the inside and just a cheap padded envelope. Especially arriving from Italy & finding the center piece holding the cd broken and the cd loose, moving inside. Lucky no damage. I expected more for nearly $22 postage. Also seller's communication was terrible & immovable on price paying over $50 AUD for a pre-owned CD.
