This was 100% not factory sealed at all. Not sure how they could have thought that? Also the packaging was sub par. Very tightly packed into a small box wrapped around a walmart sack where every bump along the way transferred directly to my item causing creases that were not there when I look at the photos in the listing. Doesn't deserve negative feedback because I'm not asking for a return but definitely not positive either.

Item was 100% NOS. I removed it from a FACTORY case that was sealed with ATARI branded tape!! Want a pic of the case? Items are put semi tight in boxes so they don't move around in the box and get damaged. The controller box was wrapped in a plastic bag to keep it clean!! Have shipped thousands of items the same way for many many years. Only this buyer complained!! See feedback I get compliments on how my items are packed!
