I ordered two whiskey sets and I received two boxes with the ceramic stand but no whisks. I wrote to the seller and they wanted to give me 1/2 my money back. I don’t want the $ back. I need the whisks! They won’t send them.
They said they would lose money.
They didn’t package them together, (no tracking to even prove they sent the whisks in another box) They didn’t include the whisks. Not my fault.
Very frustrated. Poor customer service!

I don’t recommend this seller because the hat arrives in a plastic wrapping and it has no protection from weight of other items in the U .S mail . The hat came crumpled and disfigured. I haven’t been able to form the hat to its original shape . The hat look nothing like the picture, it’s instead looks old and cheap. I notified the seller of the condition of the hat, but hasn’t done anything to make it right. Don’t waste your money or time with this seller
