Product Information

Madden NFL 97 includes 99 NFL teams, past and present. During each game John Madden and Pat Summeral provide color commentary. The game also makes use of QSound Virtual Audio, developed by QSound Labs Inc., in order to provide more realistic sounds. Modes of play include Exhibition, Tournament, and Full Season. During season play James Brown describes the best match-ups of the week before each game. After the season ends players can go to the Pro Bowl and see which of their players were selected.<br><br>Over 60 player and team stat categories are tracked. A large number of plays are available for both offense and defense. Loaded with options, Madden NFL 97 includes various weather conditions, trading players, creating players, instant replay, and many other features.

    Madden NFL '97 Sega Saturn

    They don't tell you what stadiums are listed but for the ones they do show, it's a really great game. I played at the original Tampa Stadium when the Bucs still had the Spainish Conquisitor and it is an authentic reproduction of their first stadium. Unfortunately they didn't have the Fulton County Stadium because the Falcons started in 1991 at the Georgia Dome so I wasn't happy about that. You can have various weather conditions like Rain or Snow which is really neat, like it never snows in Tampa and it is in the game ! Players don't look too real but for the game, I give it a 8 of 10 on overall fun.

    Great Saturn Game for the Football Fan

    this game differs from the PS1 Version which i actually like this one better on the Saturn Console i give it a 4 out of 5
