To complete the Vidigulfo logistics park situated to the south of Milan, just a few minutes from the Melegnano motorway exit, a second logistics building has been constructed, fitted with NFPA-regulation sprinkler system, a LED lighting system, a BMS system for system management, a heat-pump air-conditioning systems for the offices, a photovoltaic system on the roof and charging points for electric vehicles.

The new distribution platform has also been constructed with a view to full environmental sustainability thanks to environmental compensation and valorisation studies that have led to the creation of more than 4,000 m2 of equipped public green space, 23,000 m2 of environmental valorisaton and 8,800 m2 of ornamental gardens. The building has obtained BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
