***Total processing time highly depends on the quality of your photos, number of revisions you request, and the time it takes for you to respond to our messages. Most of our pet memorial artworks are approved to print by clients within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
> We offer FREE (2-7 days) Standard USA Shipping with Tracking. We also offer Expedited USA (2-3 days) and Overnight USA (1-2 days) shipping with tracking for an additional amount that is dependent on the print you choose. Message us for exact expedited/overnight shipping costs of specific items.
If you’re ordering a poster or canvas as a gift and you’re uncertain of the processing + shipping time frame, please note that we give you the digital art file for FREE with ALL printed products and you receive this within 1 business day after you approve your portrait.
If you are in a rush and you are uncertain whether or not you will receive your printed canvas or poster in time for your day of celebration, you may print the digital file on a piece of paper as a temporary gift to give your recipient. Upon special request, we will format your digital file into a PDF file for free for you to easily print it on ordinary paper.
PRINT OPTIONS
Digital Download - downloadable printable file of your custom cat memorial portrait that you can self-print on anything you desire. This digital file comes FREE when you order a printed poster, easel back canvas, or wall mounted canvas. You'll find that the cost to print with us is far less than the cost of taking your digital file elsewhere to print.
Poster - our high quality posters are professionally printed on 175 gsm paper with a premium matte finish that is perfect for this cat memorial wall art design. Perfect for someone wanting to frame their own print or pin the poster up directly on a wall. Your poster is rolled and shipped wrapped in a tube for maximum protection.
Canvas (Easel Back) - professionally printed on artist-grade poly-cotton blend canvas that is perfect for cat memorial art. Solid backed with an easel for standing. The width of the easel piece at the hinge is 1.5", the width at the widest point is 2", while the height from the hinge to the point of the easel is just over 4.25". It comes with pre-installed hanging hardware in case you want to hang it as well.
Canvas (Wall Mount) - comes with pre-installed mounting hardware so they are ready to hang straight out of the box. The 1.5 inches thick finished product is made of artist-grade poly-cotton blend that is hand-stretched on a hard, high-density wood fiberboard and a plastic frame. UV coating is scratch-resistant so that you may wipe clean with a damp cloth. Ships in a highly secure corrugated cardboard box for maximum protection. > Can I preview before purchase?
Our professional artists spend hours crafting your memorial artwork, so we are unable to provide a preview before ordering. However, once you complete your order, we will send your artwork for preview in 1-3 business days and you can ask for UNLIMITED revisions until you absolutely love your portrait. Our Educo Family guarantee (see above) stands even after you have placed your order so you may still cancel if you are not satisfied with the finished artwork.
> What can I customize/revise?
We can change almost anything you desire. We can change the quote, font style, font color, background, etc… Just ask us.
> Lost Package? Received damaged/defective item?
If your print is lost by the shipping courier, we will send you a new print 100% FREE of charge. If your print arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will send you a new print 100% FREE of charge. All we ask is that you send us a photo of the damaged/defective portion of your product.
