All custom orders are sealed with several layers of LiquidKickz topcoat. They are completely waterproof and if taken care of, will last you a long time. If the shoes are worn daily, constantly scuffed or creased they will eventually get worn out. You may clean your shoes with a gentle foam cleanser and rag when needed- the paint will not come off when cleaned correctly.

Shipping times vary for each item depending on the complexity of the design, as well as the availability of the shoe in stores/online. If your shoe size is not available in store/online you will be notified of the delay and updated when it is available. Otherwise, the process of designing, prepping, painting, and packing your order can take between 4-8 weeks.

Note that receiving a great quality product takes time and it's best not to be rushed with mistakes.

All sales are final. Due to personal design and size for each order, custom orders CANNOT be REFUNDED and CANNOT BE CANCELLED more than 48 hours after your purchase.

If you need to change the size of the shoe, please notify me within 2 days of your purchase.

Refunds or exchanges WILL NOT be given for incorrect sizes.
