When a postal carrier returns a parcel that includes a plant, perishable item, unfortunately, we don't issue a refund. The plant gets damaged due to staying on the road for a long time. Perishable items must be followed by the buyer.

Handmade Products : As some steps of the manufacturing process are performed by hand, each product gets a unique finish and slight variations in colour & size might occur.You should also know that handmade products may feature imperfections.

Sizing details : All Pictures are a representation of a product you will receive, and it may not be the exact plant in the picture, but will be of the same size and quality

Rebel Plants cannot accept claims or returns of plants where customers have re-potted, removed from their original pots or pruned.

How to recycle:

Biofil loose packing peanuts are made from plant starch so are compostable, completely biodegradable, and water-soluble. Packing peanuts can be reused or disposed of with normal household waste or other organic waste. The outer packaging of packing peanuts is also recyclable.

Our cling film alternative is 100% certified compostable, meaning it will degrade within 6 months versus the hundreds of years it takes for the plastic in cling film.

Cardboard is made from natural materials which makes it compostable and eco-friendly.
