We prepare a rough draft with fonts selection within few days after receiving the custom order.
In case you already have some specific font idea - feel free to send us image for reference, so we can try to adapt this into a sign.
We will also send you a final draft of a sign for your approval once again before starting production.

However please note that we can't guarantee the exact delivery date with standard shipping as this is a national postal operator and sometimes it may take longer.

DHL - Express Worldwide (2-5 working days)
FedEx - International Priority (5-7 working days)

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any delayed packages. Please wait for your order if your parcel is delayed by the post office.

Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order. If any package is not collected at the post office or needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for subsequent postage. fees.

From the moment the parcel is delivered to the buyer's office, 10 days are given. After 10 days, the package will be sent back. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

In the case of returning an item, please note that Buyer pays return shipping (even if the item was purchased as part of a free shipping sale).

Have you bought a product and changed your mind?
If you bought a product and changed your mind, I will refund your money if no more than 24 hours have passed since the order. Just contact me!

If the item has already been sent:
- I issue a return with a deduction of the shipping cost. Shipping cost is paid by the buyer (even if the item is free shipping)
- If the product is personalized, I do not accept returns and exchanges.

Please also note that PayPal charges a transaction fee, which means that the amount will be refunded minus PayPal fees.

From 2021, EU countries (customs) have been levying customs duties. The seller is not responsible for customs duties, all costs are paid by the buyer.

If the buyer refuses to accept the parcel and pay customs duties?
- Standard product.
The seller returns payment excluding shipping. Buyer pays for shipping costs (applies to free shipping items as well)
- Personalized product.
The seller does not return payment and shipping costs (applies to goods with free shipping)

If re-shipment is required, the buyer pays for shipping.
