To ensure that packages are delivered quickly, I will be working non stop on making your jewelry and doing my very best to ship it out asap.
Please remember that I work alone and I'm the only member and designer of this shop, I make everything by hands, with great attention to the details and a big passion, only for you.

The jewellery itself is great looking and the packaging is more proof that Lisa pays attention to everything. Can’t recommend the shop enough!

Gift wrapping and packaging
⭐All my jewels and creations are shipped in simple, romantic kraft boxes completed with washi tapes, ribbons and other cuties, ready to be gifted.
⭐You can choose the "gift wrapping" option by paying an extra to receive a special gift wrapping.
Sizing details
For necklaces and bracelets you can select the length in centimeters. For rings you can choose the US size. For doubts just ask me and I'll let you know as soon as possible.
Care instructions
For a long-lasting life of your jewels, see the tips below:
⭐Avoid perfumes, lotions, oils and intense sweat directly on the jewel to prevent natural tarnishing.
⭐Remove your jewels before you shower, sleep and exercise.
⭐Avoid water on the jewel, try to dry it quickly if it happens.
⭐Avoid sea water or swimming pool water on your jewels.
925 sterling silver jewels are shipped with a special polishing cloth to clean them.
Wholesale availability
It is possible to order wholesale at a special price, for particular events like weddings and other.
When can I ask for a refund?
There are several situations where you can decide to ask for a refund:
⭐Package unclaimed at the postal service.
If you forget to pick up your package it will stay deposited to your local postal office for a specific time, then it will be returned to sender, and this depend by you. In this case, you can ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable.
⭐Order not shipped yet.
Request cancellation within 24h of purchase.
⭐Package lost.
After assured the package is lost by the postal service, you'll obtain full refund or replacement at my expense.
⭐There are a number of cases that we can discuss together, so don't worry and contact me first, we will find the best solution!:)
"Ship by" date and "delivery" date
Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the "delivery" date.
⭐ SHIP BY date: When your package leaves my lab and it is picked up by the postal service.
You may find the expected "ship by" date on your invoice.
Consider the "ship by" date to calculate the full estimated delivery date.
⭐ DELIVERY date: When your package arrives to you.
I cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the postal service.
The estimated delivery date of an order is determined by a combination of these factors:
1) The day you bought the item on Etsy
2) The processing time I need to complete and ship the order (this is the "ship by" date on the "View Receipt" page for your order)
3) The time needed to deliver it.

DHL and other private couriers require phone numbers, why?
⭐ I ship via private couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to many countries around the world, and these couriers require receiver's phone number.
This is useful in case of necessity to contact the receiver (wrong/incomplete adrress, receiver not at home etc.) and it is also useful for the receiver to customize the delivery, such as to authorize delivery without signature or for other delivery options.
Please, be sure to leave your phone in your note of order or check your Etsy convo because I always contact my customers asking for their phone numbers to leave to couriers. Thank you! ⭐
Chain Types: Gold Plated, Gold Filled or Vermeil Gold?
⭐GOLD PLATED has a base of some other metal, such as brass, covered with a thin layer of gold with electroplating. It can tarnishes easily.
⭐VERMEIL GOLD is sterling silver electroplated with a thin layer of gold, at least 2.5 m. It can tarnishes.
⭐GOLD FILLED has a much thicker layer of gold over the base metal. This makes a big difference in terms of the jewelry’s ability to resist wear and tear long term. A thick layer of gold is bonded to another metal, usually brass. The gold layer is 5% of the total weight. Gold-filled jewelry is a great economical alternative to solid gold. If taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won’t tarnish or rub off; however, gold-filled jewelry does require more maintenance than solid gold.
