How to download the files of the pattern?
You can download the PDF files of the pattern from the section -Reviews and Purchase- of your Etsy account. It's easier to see the file if you access the section through Desktop.
How to print the file of the pattern?
The most important think here is to print the file according to your country size.
*If you use Letter size(8.5'' x 11''), print the file with name extension 'USsize'
*If you use A4 size(21 x 29.7cm), print the file with name extension 'EUsize'
All you need to do to print the file is to ensure you se your printer setting to 'Fit to page'(in that way, once printed, you will see the black line margins which will help you recognize where the pattern line ends).
Each page has also Cutting Line to make sure you match each page up correctly.
Can I sell garments made using Palindromi patterns?
All 'Palindromi' patterns can be used to produce physical garments/items for sale. However, all patterns and their accompanying files can NOT (original or derivative form) be distributed or sold on physically, digitally or otherwise.
I bought a pattern but I'm having difficulties with the instructions, what should I do?
If you have any difficulties or doubt regarding the pattern, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to fix the problem straight away for you.
What format will I receive the pattern, and what it includes?
All patterns and accompanying documents are delivered in PDF format.
You will receive two PDF file in different format:
1. The file with name extension 'USsize' is Letter size(8.5'' x 11'').
2. The file with name extension 'EUsize' is A4 size(21 x 29.7cm).
All PDF files includes the sewing pattern pieces in real size and basic illustrated and written instructions in English language.
Where I can find the sizing chart?
Please measure your dog carefully before buying and check the sizing chart to make sure you choose the best size for your dog.
*You can find the sizing of any model on the second photo in the gallery of each listing.
Available sizes for pet's patterns: XXS(cats and mini dogs), XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL(Great Dane)
Available sizes for women sewing pattern: S, M, L
Available sizes for child sewing pattern: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 years old.
Be sure to check size chart and listing description before to purchase.
