- Free Admission**: children under 12 years of age, licensed tour guides, residents of the City of Venice with proof of residence, IPAV and Fondazione Venezia Servizi alla Persona employees with identification card, people with disabilities and companion.
* In the event of closure of the exhibition rooms there will be a single entrance fee of 6€, excluding categories with the right of free entry.
* * The requirements for applying the reductions and the free entry will be verified at the ticket office. Those who are entitled to a free admission and wish to book a specific date and time of their visit can purchase it online at a cost of € 1 (select free ticket + € 1 presale).

All our sites, except Scala Contarini del Bovolo, are accessible only by request to booking@fondazioneveneziaservizi.it or by filling the request form below at least 3 working days in advance.
For this reason, there is a fixed fee of 40,00 €, in addition to the cost of each ticket per person, for the exclusive opening of each site (Oratorio dei Crociferi, Complesso dell’Ospedaletto and Chiesa delle Penitenti).
If you request a guided tour, the fee is 60,00 € instead of 40,00 €.

Complesso dell’Ospedaletto
PLEASE NOTE: The site hosts exhibitions projects in occasion of Biennale Arte 2024 from the 17th of April to the 24th of November.
During this period it will be accessible for free and without booking.
Since the venue will host a contemporary art exhibition, the art installations may affect the features of the monumental site.
Requests for groups with a guide or groups of at least 4 people must be sent in advance to booking@fondazioneveneziaservizi.it
