Being on live TV is hard enough, but trying to use a water-powered jet pack to introduce the news seems to be just a little bit too risky in this video. The first minute of FOX 5 San Diego Morning News's 8 a.m. show captured an eye-catching stunt gone wrong as a man wearing the jet pack goes head-first into the water.

The show's anchors try their best not to laugh at the accident, but once it's clear that the man isn't harmed, they let loose. Off camera, someone suggests that the man looks like a San Diego mayoral candidate, getting laughs from everyone in the studio as the man continues to show off the jet pack.
