Sempre Health announces two new Medicare solutions to improve medication adherence, a key factor in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Star Ratings system: the Medicare Advantage Reward and Incentive Program and the Medicare Part D 2025 Prescription Payment Plan. Exciting news from Sempre Health! A recent peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Managed Care & Specialty Pharmacy showed the significant impact of Sempre Health's innovative behavior-based medication adherence solution: the program boosted consistent use of life-saving medications by 18-20%. Patients also had 16% lower rate of emergency room visits.
