We are honored to have co-hosted the first symposium on Neuroinflammation and its Nature-inspired down-modulation strategies alongside EPITECH GROUP SPA, in the picturesque venue of Praglia Abbey. A fitting tribute to our late President, Dr. Francesco della Valle. The symposium brought together specialists spanning diverse medical backgrounds, including researchers, pharmacologists, neurologists, algologists, urologists, and veterinarians who engaged in discussions on neuroinflammation, pain and the future perspectives of the ALIA project. This groundbreaking initiative explores endogenous mechanisms regulating cells involved in neuroinflammation and pain, inspired by the pioneering work of the legendary Rita Levi Montalcini. Praglia Abbey resonated with the spirit of scientific inquiry as we engaged in profound conversations and shared memorable moments. Our Animal Study was published in iGIE! We are pleased to announce that our animal study has been accepted for publication in iGIE, a reputable, peer-reviewed journal focusing on groundbreaking gastrointestinal endoscopy research. The study, "Safety and Performance Evaluation of the Automated Helical Suturing System as Compared with Manual Endoscopic Suturing Platform in Porcine Model," has undergone rigorous review and has met the high standards iGIE sets. In this study, no abnormal clinical signs were observed. The histopathologic evaluation showed that the tissue reaction to the EndoZip implants (i.e., the EndoZip suture) was within the normal range, confirming the safety of the EndoZip System under these conditions. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Dr. steven shamah and the entire research team for their hard work and dedication. Special thanks to Dr. Christopher C.
