A, DA, PER, TRA/FRA, IN due anni 🤔Which preposition should I use?🕑

Let's have a look at these Italian prepositions combined with the same time frame "due anni" = two years:

• A DUE ANNI = Quando avevo due (2) anni. This preposition can be translated as "when", so the full sentence would stand for "when I was 2 years old". E.g. A due anni ho imparato a camminare! / Quando avevo due anni ho imparato a camminare (When I was 2 years old I learnt how to walk)
• DA DUE ANNI = E.g. Francesca vive in Norvegia da due anni (ci vive ancora!) = Francesca has been living in Norway for two years (she is still living there!)
• PER DUE ANNI = E.g. Francesca ha vissuto in Norvegia per due anni (adesso si è trasferita e NON vive più in Norvegia!) = Francesca has lived in Norway for two years (she doesn't live in Norway anymore!)
• TRA/FRA DUE ANNI= in two years. E.g. Tra/fra due anni sarò ricca = In two years I'll be rich. In this case the Italian preposition "in" refers to the time frame from now, until that moment. I know exactly when I'll start. Another example could be: Faccio colazione tra/fra dieci minuti = I'll have breakfast in 10 minutes. So, if I say this statement at 7:50 am, at 8:00 I'll start consuming my breakfast
• IN DUE ANNI = in two years E.g. Costruirò la mia casa nuova in due anni. In this case the Italian preposition "in" refers to the time that I will need to build my new house. Moreover, we don't know exactly when I'll start. Another example could be: Faccio colazione in dieci minuti = this means that it will take me 10 minutes to eat all my breakfast but I don't know exactly when I'll have it
