Text in Italian. The Palazzo Cini Gallery in Venice belongs to a type of museum not frequent in Italy: that of the house-museum. It houses many valuable works belonging to the entrepreneur and philanthropist Vittorio Cini, who lived between the end of the nineteenth century and the seventies of the twentieth century: one of the greatest Italian collectors of his time. The volume presents for the first time the collection: paintings, sculptures and furnishings, from the Middle Ages to the early twentieth century, among which stand out names such as Botticelli, Beato Angelico, Filippo Lippi, Pontormo, Giandomenico Tiepolo.
