Mila Kunis reveals plan to quit acting after giving birth

Actress says she is "excited about being a full-time mom"

Mila Kunis has hinted that she may quit acting after she gives birth to her first child.

The actress, known for roles in Black Swan and Ted, is currently pregnant and expecting a child with partner, Ashton Kutcher.

Speaking in a new interview with W Magazine, Kunis hints that she plans to spend more time in the future looking after their child.

On the subject of her career, Kunis said: “I have never wanted to be the person who only has business on her mind. To me, this job has always been a hobby that turned into a great profession, but I don’t eat and breathe acting. I’m sure Meryl Streep has a very different point of view. But I’m excited about being a full-time mom.”

“I never wanted to get married. From the age of 12, I prepared my parents for no marriage,” added Kunis, who is engaged to Kutcher. “Then things changed – I found the love of my life. Now my theory on weddings is: Don’t invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are OK with that. They’re just excited that I said yes.”

Kunis will be seen on screen next alongside Channing Tatum, in Jupiter Ascending. The sc-fi movie from Matrix directors Lana and Andy Wachowski was due for release this month (July) but studio bosses at Warner Bros have announced that the film will now arrive early next year.

The film stars Kunis as a cleaner who discovers she is destined to rule the universe and Tatum as a genetically-engineered bounty hunter determined to track her down and help her.
