Spiaggia del relitto

The beach of the Relitto is located in the southern part of the island of Caprera, in the Maddalena archipelago. The beach owes its name to the presence of the skeleton of an old motor sailer who ran aground near the beach after a fire that broke out on board and still visible a few steps from the shore. The beach is enchanting, set in a bay, consists of a sandy and fine beach and is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. Usually protected from the winds, it has a sandy and shallow seabed for several meters from the shore and this makes it particularly suitable for families with children.
