Product Overview
ILP's UFO Parking Garage luminaire features a rugged low-profile die-cast aluminum housing with a durable polyester powder coat finish to withstand extreme weather changes without cracking or peeling. Alternate standard or custom finishes are wet painted over the bronze powder coat.
Mounting: The UFO comes standard with a quick surface mount bracket, eliminating the need to open the luminaire during installation to the junction box or ceiling surface resulting in IP66 ingress protection that is effortless and secure. Four 1/2" conduit entry points allow for surface-conduit wiring. The UFO also has the option of coming with 60" leads for 1/2" pendant mounting (pendant stems provided by others) or a trunnion bracket with 14"-22" adjustability.
Distribution: The UFO is available with a T5 wide distribution or T5 narrow lowbay optic (LB) resulting in a concentrated distribution ideal for exit/egress applications.

FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?
ILP products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please complete the form on our Make a Return page and upload photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.
