I have extensive experience working with clients facing a variety of challenges related to relationships, sex/intimacy, personal growth, self-esteem, life changes, and stress management. I received my training at New York University, and I have a passion for helping clients achieve happiness and connectedness in their lives.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals, helping them develop new skills and coping strategies to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
