I am a transpersonal counselor and parenting educator with over a decade of therapeutic experience. I utilize a somatic and mindfulness-based lens to work through trauma, conscious parenting, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I am especially attuned to supporting parents and young adults coping with identity issues or anxiety and depression.
I offer an accepting open presence and a safe space for you to to create a more peaceful, meaningful, and creative life that is not governed by the pain of earlier traumas or unhelpful patterns, but from an intentional and resourced place within you.
