In the lowest part of the village of Serralunga d’Alba one of the most prestigious Piedmont wine cellars is free to visit: Fontanafredda Estate.

The Winery, ancient property of the King Vittorio Emanuele II and his heirs Mirafiore Counts, includes the establishment, the vineyards and the winery. The estate hosts a wonderful centenary park, where it’s possible to make relaxing walks up to the vineyards surrounding the estate.
