Red tea, also known as Rooibos Tea or Pu-erh, comes from a cultivated shrub
in the Cape Town area of South Africa. It is especially known for its unique combination
active ingredients with many health benefits.
Flavonoids such as aspalathine, quercetin, rutin, vanillic acid are experimentally strong
Antioxidants that shield the body and strengthen the immune system. The metals
and trace elements such as copper, iron, potassium, calcium,
Zinc, manganese and magnesium are vital components for many biochemical
processes that take place in the body. Red tea is also a source of vitamins C, A and E.

Preparation
1 teaspoon, water temperature 95-100 degrees. Extraction time 5-7 minutes.
