The reason I give this a 3 for now is that I cannot contact customer service since the phone number is not active on the website. I also cannot find what they call a green button to send an email. Therefore, I am writing here hoping that I get a response to my question. The label of the pygeum product says to take up to 30 drops or 1 ml up to 4 times a day. The dropper on the 4 ounce bottle is calibrated in ml but the calibration does not seem to match the actual number of 30 drops. I cannot get a human because the phone number does not work and I cannot email.
I will change my rating to a higher rating if/when I can get an answer to my question so I take the proper dose.
UPDATE: i AM REVISING MY RATING TO 4 STARS. The larger 4 ounce bottle has a better calibrated dropper and I can read it properly to gauge my intake.
