I've already bought a second bottle after 3 days. I'm more focused. I have ADD and that's impossible...or so I thought. I'm driven. Productive. Happier. I feel fresh and bright all day. For me it hasn't helped fall asleep, and thank goodness because that's not why I bought it. I have all this energy without having taken any kind of stimulant, plus there's no type of crash because of that. I never want to stop taking it and I have been telling all of my friends how amazing I feel now. Wow!! How can something work so well?

I take organic as a general sign of quality, so I was intrigued to see a organic 5-HTP. Occasionally I get in a funk and need a boost, a little encouragement to my Serotonin. This stuff does the trick! Over the years, I’ve tried a few different brands for 5HTP. It can be hit or miss. I’ve tried a couple other products from this brand, and so far, so good!

I love the response to a question about why the caps have no enteric coating. "In Europe 5-HTP products are usually not offered in enteric-coated capsules or with a coating, 5-HTP products are rather offered in vegetable cellulose capsules. In addition, our organic 5-HTP tablets are a certified organic product and an enteric coating or enteric capsules in organic quality do not exist."

These are made in Germany. The entire EU has higher standards than the US. Trust is important to me, when it comes to my body. I love the glass bottle that can be recycled. Most supplements come in plastic bottles. It may say it it is recyclable... but the vast majority is not because we don't have the facilities to sort the pastic by type. Plastic, much more from tires and clothes, is polluting the planet. It is in our food chain. Don't get me started.

Anyway, great product. Helps me calm down after a day of battling for a salubrious environment, a more equitable distribution of wealth, and democracy... not just in our governments but in our corporations too.

I take this primarily to help with a more restful sleep. I chose this product because it is Organic based and does not contain anything artificial. And as well there is 50mg is HTP5 and 99% purity.

So far I have been taking this for about three weeks now and the results have been positive. After about a week of regular intake I could really feel a difference in my sleep quality. And as a result I have more energy the following day and my mind is more focused too.

Lastly I want to mention that I have not experienced any kind of adverse effect from this supplement. Overall great quality and has helped me tremendously. I will be buying more in the near future.
