I take two a day during my evening meal. I believe the mice who lived 20% longer, took an equivalent of about 100 of these a day (or some absurdly large amount).
Resveratrol activates SIRT1 in humans - an enzyme, also activated during calorie restriction. It helps reduce the negative effects of stress.
